Turface Quick Dry helps make muddy, slippery infield conditions after rain a thing of the past and will not cake, become slippery or leave an infield rock-hard upon drying. This calcined, non-swelling illite clay is processed in a rotary kiln at temperatures not less than 1300 degrees Fahrenheit, then screened and de-dusted. With 74% total porosity and a typical composition of 60% SiO2 and 5% Fe2O3, it serves as an easy-to-apply topdressing during and after rains. Apply directly to wet areas or puddles, allow it to absorb standing water, then rake and smooth into the infield for repeated return-to-play.
